I met Alina and Dan at our church, Hillsong, here in London. These two are so vibrant that I knew I wanted to photograph them!
We made our way down for their Durdle Door couple’s shoot. Nathan and I stayed with my parents the day before in Bournemouth which was such a treat! But the weather outside forecast to rain. I immediately prayed about it and hoped the weather would stay put when we arrived. When we arrived, we started walking to get some coffee before heading up. It lightly drizzled and I just kept praying that it would be a wonderful shoot. Immediately after we had gotten coffee and started on our way up, all the rain completely stopped. Durdle Door is such a gorgeous location for a shoot. My favourite locations for shoots are the places that aren’t man-made – but are these absolutely beautiful creations of God.
I had so much fun photographing these two and being in such a gorgeous place! We scouted out the gorgeous streets down near Durdle Door, which are all very British. The English thatched cottages and colourful pastel doors are so gorgeous! Down by the Castle Pub we had a gorgeous lunch (they have an amazing flatbread pizza there!). I 100% recommend at least a wander down this area of England if you’re ever around (and feel free to book a shoot with me there too 😉 ).
